Benihana is an international restaurant chain invented by a Japanese actor-chef. The concept of these institutions “food as entertainment” did not immediately take root in Moscow. Only recently, Rosinter Restaurants decided for the second time to try opening the Benihanu in the Izvestia building. But this time, five other players connected: Planet Sushi, Il Patio, 1, 2, 3 cafes, Moka-Loka cafeteria, Rostiks KFC. The halls of these restaurants are intertwined and intersect. In Benihan, visitors sit around tables, in the center of which are teppany plates, at which cooks prepare. The cook prepares for all guests at the same time and at the same time jokes all the time, which the children especially like. The menu has a lot of fresh fish and seafood, as well as noodles and rice and vegetables with herbs. This restaurant is well suited for family gatherings. Continue reading
