Our choice is Japan. Japanese restaurants in Moscow

Benihana is an international restaurant chain invented by a Japanese actor-chef. The concept of these institutions “food as entertainment” did not immediately take root in Moscow. Only recently, Rosinter Restaurants decided for the second time to try opening the Benihanu in the Izvestia building. But this time, five other players connected: Planet Sushi, Il Patio, 1, 2, 3 cafes, Moka-Loka cafeteria, Rostiks KFC. The halls of these restaurants are intertwined and intersect. In Benihan, visitors sit around tables, in the center of which are teppany plates, at which cooks prepare. The cook prepares for all guests at the same time and at the same time jokes all the time, which the children especially like. The menu has a lot of fresh fish and seafood, as well as noodles and rice and vegetables with herbs. This restaurant is well suited for family gatherings.

“Misato” – a Japanese restaurant – a branch of the five-star Golden Ring Hotel. This restaurant is very large, where a staircase passes through three floors. On the top floor there are cozy cabins with tatami and VIP with karaoke. The lower floor is a bit dark, but there is a teppan and a pool where tame fish frolic. Large aquariums on the second floor replace windows. The restaurant’s kitchen is supervised by the famous chef Seiji. The hits of the menu should be dishes from puffer and sake with its own fins. Here you can try the Umi Budo seaweed, an omelet with caviar of a sea urchin, grilled Chilean sea bass, washed down with green tea.

Seiji is a Japanese-inspired restaurant. The room is made in dark stone and light wood. Quiet lounge music is played in the hall, and goldfish in the aquarium allow you to relax. For lovers of privacy, there are tatami-VIP rooms, at the entrance to which they remove their shoes. The main advantage of the restaurant is the cuisine, which serves non-adapted traditional Japanese dishes. This restaurant is a favorite place for people with an oriental lifestyle.

Yakimono is a restaurant located in Tower 2000 in a vast space with glass-metal borders and views of Kutuzovsky Prospekt and City. Under the ceiling of four floors is a decorative balloon, numerous transition bridges, balconies and a murmuring waterfall. The restaurant’s cuisine embodies Japanese authenticity, European gloss and healthy creativity. The sake bar serves cocktails for every taste based on sake. The main thing is not to overdo it with tasting.
